Through this website, I aim to offer insight into my professional experience, key areas of expertise, and the services I provide.
With 35 years of experience—mostly as an independent architect and building management professional via my own office—I have delivered a wide range of projects.
In the past two years, I have increasingly focused on Python programming. What began as personal curiosity has developed into practical expertise, enabling me to offer programming services commercially.
Having lived in both the Netherlands and Hungary, I have a particular — though not exclusive — focus on these two markets.
Driven by a restless creative mindset and a strong aversion to repetition, I approach both life and work with curiosity, continuous learning and the determination to pave my own professional path.

Architectural Design & Building Management
The core activity of most of my professional career has been, on the designer's side, the management of the full design, tendering and construction process for high‑quality building projects. In this role, I have represented clients in all interactions with authorities, consultants and suppliers.
As part of these services, I have organised bidding procedures for construction works, including the preparation of FIDIC‑based contract documentation, the procurement of project teams, and the administration and management of on‑site execution.
In addition, I have overseen complete office relocations for multinational companies, managing the entire process from initial concept and design through to tendering, construction coordination and handover.
Private Home Building
I have independently developed several family houses, overseeing the entire process from property acquisition through design, construction and eventual sale. These projects were carried out with a strong hands‑on approach in every aspect. My work includes the full refurbishment of four apartments as well as the complete design and construction of a newly built luxury family home.

Data analysis:
I offer data‑analysis services in which datasets — for example, in Excel format — are cleansed, interpreted and visualised so that clear, actionable conclusions can be drawn in line with predefined objectives. With statistical mathematics forming part of my educational background, I am confident in taking on analytical assignments of varying complexity.
Automation of routine tasks:
I began automating certain routine tasks for which Excel was insufficient. One example is the prediction of moisture resulting from condensation within building structures—an essential calculation during the architectural design process.
I actively make use of AI; however, in my view, achieving the desired outcome still requires meaningful human input, as a certain level of human understanding of the processes involved remains essential.
